ADOBE
Managing Director
Description
I started my professional journey as a salesperson and maintained this role for 12 years, after which I trained to become an Executive Coach. Following this, my career evolved into the position of a Sales Leader, I was District Manager for 3 years at EMC. I then took on the position of 1st line Regional Vice President at Salesforce for 2 years, pursued by 2nd line Regional VP for the last 2 years. In 2020, I decided to quit Salesforce for a country leader role at Splunk to give a boost to my career, and to combine sales management and general management. In April 2021, I couldn't miss the opportunity to join Adobe in the role of Managing Director for France, a position I have held since July 2021. I am very involved with diversity (all types of diversity, not exclusively female) in the workspace. I aim to recruit and retaining talent. I focus on nurturing great people, so they have a work life balance allowing them to flourish, all while producing excellent work. My moto: When similarly inspired people come together in organisations, remarkable things can happen. And therefore, I am committed to helping shift the world of work to be a place where the vast majority of people go home fulfilled, energised and inspired by the work they do.
