Dr Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj is an expert in innovation, diversity and leadership and a faculty member at HEC Paris in Qatar. Shaheena established two entrepreneurship teaching Centres in UK Universities before turning her attention to the Innovation, Entrepreneurial leadership. Shaheena works with international businesses (FTSE 100, Fortune 500), public organisations and non-governmental organizations to ignite innovation through cognitive diversity in teams and sustaining an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving. she focuses on leadership development for women and helping leaders create cultures of belonging for high performance. She has written three books; ‘Championing Women Leaders,’ ‘Succession in Asian Family Firms,’ and ‘Futureproof Your Career’ and is a Forbes contributor.
