Description
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Nice Sophia Antipolis, Anne-Sophie joined Accenture in 1999 in charge of CRM projects and change management.
Since 2007, she has been actively involved in promoting diversity and has been in charge of Accenture's Women's Programme in France. In 2011, Anne-Sophie broadened her scope and became Head of Inclusion & Diversity for France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
In 2016, Anne-Sophie joined Accor as VP Diversity & Inclusion. At the end of 2021, she was appointed SVP Diversity, Inclusion & Social Care Accor. Anne-Sophie is also a member of the Board of Directors of the French Association of Diversity Managers (AFMD).
