Cécile Beliot, 48, is the first woman to head Groupe Bel. Today, she embodies a generation of leaders committed to inventing the future of the food industry. After 17 years at Danone, where she gained strong international experience, Cécile Beliot joined Groupe Bel in 2018 as Deputy CEO in charge of Strategy, Markets and Growth. Becoming Chief Executive Officer in May 2022, she is now pursuing the transformation of Groupe Bel, to which she has strongly contributed since her arrival, in line with Bel's ambition to become a leader in healthy snacking through 3 territories - dairy, fruit and vegetable - and its sustainable and responsible growth model.
