A graduate of a triple accredited MBA, Sokuntheary (Thea) En joined Bayer in 2014 as a CRM project manager and has since held numerous roles spanning a number of functions from Information Technology through to Procurement. Thea's passion in driving health equity for all by unleashing the power of diversity through inclusive leadership and ways of working saw her take on the role of Head of Inclusion & Diversity for the Pharmaceutical division in January 2022.
