Description

Emma is Global Inclusion Leader for professional services firm Deloitte and leads delivery of the organization’s global inclusion strategy. Her work in this role includes a focus on Respect & Inclusion; gender balance; LGBT+ inclusion; and mental health. Prior to this she was Managing Partner for Talent for Deloitte LLP and sat on the firm’s Executive Committee, a role she held alongside her client facing role as a Partner in the Financial Advisory practice. Emma is a proud recipient of Women in the City, Woman of Achievement Award, Women in Finance Ambassador of the Year award and in 2021 was awarded Honorary Membership by the ICAEW for her work championing diversity and inclusion of women.
