Description

Stéphanie Cau held several roles in Investor Relations, Brand, Coms and CSR for several international companies. She joined BV in 2014 as Chief of Staff to the CEO to support the Group’s transformation. In 2017, she was named VP Brand and Communications to build the brand platform and communication assets in line with the new strategic vision. She became SVP CSR in 2021, to drive the sustainability journey and employee engagement. She holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Master’s in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris. She has also attended the PhD Program on International Relations at Brown University and completed a Certificate in sustainability from Said Business School, Oxford.
