Image Rights Notice

I hereby authorize Wefcos, a joint stock company located 133 Avenue des Champs Elysées – 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Business and Companies’ Registry no. 481 681 823to fix, reproduce, represent, adapt and exploit my image, my voice and my name(s) (hereinafter my "Image"), by means of audio, visual and audiovisual recordings made on the 20th June 2023 (hereinafter the "Recordings") for internal and external communication purposes, in the context of the Event Women's Forum Singapore Meet-up 2023. The authorization granted is valid for any exploitation, reproduction and representation of the Recordings in whole or in excerpts, in all formats, on all known media, present or future (paper, graphic, videographic, photographic, digital, computer, electronic... ) and by all current or future means, in particular for distribution (i) in writing, (ii) on all audiovisual services and (iii) all online services, including all networks and in particular, without this list being restrictive, all interactive digital networks (Internet, etc.) or telecommunications, on streaming platforms or on social networks, in the form of downloading or by simple viewing. Wefcos shall have the right to make any modification, addition or deletion to the initial fixation of my Image that it deems useful, as long as it does not alter my personality. I authorize Wefcos to use the Recordings representing my Image for the duration of 5 years. However, I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time. This authorization is granted for the whole world and free of charge. I am informed that my personal data are processed on the basis of my consent and are kept by Wefcos, controller, within the meaning of the European Union Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (known as " GDPR "). My data may be transmitted by Wefcos to its processors, suppliers, or to possible partners, customers or prospects that may be located outside the European Union. I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time. I also have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit and oppose my personal data, as well as the right to port my data and the right to give instructions on what to do with my data after my death. I can exercise these rights free of charge by contacting WF-Office@womens-forum.com or privacyofficer@publicisgroupe.com. I am informed that I have in any case the right to refer to the CNIL any question or action relating to the processing of my personal data but I undertake, before any referral, to request any useful information from Wefcos in the context of the exercise of my right of access. My personal data will be kept for the duration of the authorization granted. La présente autorisation est régie par la loi française.

 • Transfer of personal data to a country outside the EEA: data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union on the basis of the signature of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. 
• Retention period of personal data:  In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the right to withdraw, access, rectify and delete your personal data, the right to limit the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to issue directives concerning the fate of your data after your death.
