Description
Marie-Noelle Semeria is TotalEnergies Group Chief Technology Officer.
She was previously CEO of CEA-Leti and President of the Network of Carnot Institutes.
Her career has led her to move from research to business and vice versa: she began her career at Sagem (SAFRAN) before joining the start-up PixTech, then CEA-Leti at the forefront of microelectronics and nanotechnology, where she has been particularly involved in international development by signing major partnerships with large companies in Semiconductor and Technology and major international Universities.
During her term as Scientific Director of the Technological Research Directorate of the CEA, she launched an internal competition dedicated to the creation of start-ups and revitalize the model of cooperation between CEA and academic communities to reinforce innovation in major regions in France.
Marie-Noëlle Semeria held numerous positions as board member at national, european and international levels. She is currently a member of the Comité de Surveillance des Investissements d’Avenir and of the National Research Agency.
Marie-Noëlle Semeria received her PhD in Physics at the University Joseph Fourier in Grenoble. In 2011, she was awarded the Legion of Honor and the Order of Merit in 2015.
