Caroline Courtin, joined BNP Paribas in 1995 where she first held various positions in Corporate & Institutional Banking activities and General Inspection, in France, London and New York. In 2006, she began her career in Human Resources. She hold Global Head of HR position in both CIB and IPS environment. Since 2018, Caroline Courtin has been Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the BNP Paribas Group
