Born and raised in Singapore, Bernice joined PUIG in November 2023 to lead the digital acceleration and expansion in Global Travel Retail. Prior to that, she was responsible for the development and acceleration of e-business growth and the full omnichannel journey of travelers for Parfums Christian Dior TR Asia Pacific from 2018-2023. Bernice was based in Hong Kong with Mattel East Asia Limited from 2016 as Regional Digital Lead for Asia Pacific. In her role, she is responsible for strategizing regional digital campaigns that inspire the wonder of childhood and extend the value of play. Bernice also oversaw marketing initiatives that amplify the value of Twitter in Southeast Asia as Country Marketing Lead from 2014 to 2016. Bernice embarked on her career with Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA) where she was responsible for the development and implementation of SIA’s social media strategy. A rising professional in the marketing field, Bernice’s career is punctuated by several awards. Following her leadership on #BuhayTwitter City (Philippines), Bernice received two accolades for Twitter Asia Pacific at the Sparks Awards 2016 for Best Event by Media Owner and Best Media Solution- Experiential. In 2015, Bernice was nominated for Twitter Global Sales Flock award that recognizes individuals for their outstanding performance. In the same year, she was the recipient of two Twitter’s Super Flock awards that recognize marketing effectiveness and sales enablement. In 2009, she received a "Highly Commended" WPP Atticus Award in the "Advertising" category for a white paper on Co-creation, during her executive internship as a Digital Strategist with Bates141 WPP Group. Bernice graduated with a B.A. (Second Upper Honors) of Social Sciences in Communications and New Media from National University of Singapore; and completed an executive education with NUS-Stanford University in International Management.
