Description

Ms. Hélène Molinier is the Senior Advisor on Digital Gender Equality Cooperation and the Thematic Lead for the GEF Action Coalition on Innovation and Technology at UN Women. She has been the manager of the Action Coalition since 2020 and was the Substantive Lead for the 67th session of Commission on the Status of Women (CSW67). She is the author of the report of the UN Secretary General for CSW67 on “Innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls” and of the UN Women policy paper on “Leveraging Digital Finance for Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment”.
