Emmanuelle Léon is the leading academic expert on hybrid work and management in France. Associate professor of Human Resource Management at ESCP Business School, she has been the Scientific Director of the Reinventing Work Chair - in partnership with BNP Paribas - since 2019. Her research projects focus on hybrid work and its consequences regarding engagement, onboarding, team and space management. She is more broadly interested in the transformations induced by digital technology and artificial intelligence on management. She regularly participates in academic and professional conferences on these subjects all over the world.
