Description
Insaff is an international banking lawyer and a recognized international expert on salary negotiation and women’s financial empowerment.
Fierce advocate for women’s rights, she has spearheaded the Lean in movement in France and leading it since 2014.
Authentic activist for equal pay, she has traveled the world to teach to more than 5,000 women around the globe how to negotiate better salaries and defend their fair value on the job market.
She is also the host of “Ma Juste Valeur” Podcast (1,5M+ listening): the first podcast on salary negotiation, ranked #1 in France (available in French & English); and the co-author of "Aux Thunes, Citoyennes!" a financial empowerment book that teaches women how to negotiate their salary, save, manage and invest their money.
Today, Insaff is dividing her time between her successful corporate career and her coaching company.
She lives in Paris with her husband and their two kids.
