Description

Pratiksha Pandey is a social entrepreneur and engineer. Currently, she is the CEO of the not-for-profit company Smart Cheli, which aims to provide STEM education for young girls to balance the gender gap in the STEM field. Pratiksha has been working in this field for seven years. She and her team provide STEAM education in a playful way. She has collaborated with multiple organizations, like UNICEF Nepal, South Asia, One Young World, HEC Paris, Bank of America, and Bristol Myers Squibb. In 2020, she was awarded the Global Award called the Power of Radiance for her contributions towards girls stem education. And in 2021, she becomes the lead 2030 challenge winner on quality education and receives $50,000 seed funding for her ventures.
