After graduating from Neoma Rouen in 2004, and several years as an auditor at Mazars, Mathilde Le Coz moved into Human Resources to take care of HR development for Mazars France's Consulting teams.
Then, Mathilde Le Coz became Director of HR Innovation, overseeing the impact of the arrival of new generations and digital transformation on the organizations. New managerial models, new work organizations, new tools, new environments, new rules of the game, not forgetting commitment, fun and innovation...She supports all human and operational changes in close collaboration with business experts to make them active players in enterprise transformation.
In 2018, she was appointed Director of Recruitment, Talent Development, HR Innovation and Employer Brand and from 2021, HR Director for Mazars in France.
