Description
Anne de Soucy, a lawyer by training, has devoted her entire career to international relations, notably within the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Secretary General of the Prime Minister. For the last 15 years, she has been particularly dedicated to the major issues of development, as Deputy Director General of Expertise France and Director of Partnerships of the French Development Agency (AFD). Recently appointed Deputy Director of the Education Department of the same AFD, she pays particular attention to the education of girls and the training of women in the countries of intervention of AFD, which has the label of feminist agency of France.
