Description
Fabienne Arata has been Country Manager of LinkedIn France since January 2017 and EMEAL lead for Academic and Government since July 2023.
Fabienne Arata graduated from Skema business School and started her professional life in 1989 as a Sales engineer at IBM France, then held several positions before becoming General Manager of ANELIA, an IBM subsidiary, in 2006.
From 2009 to 2012, Fabienne Arata was General Manager of Columbus IT, an IT professional services company.
Prior to joining LinkedIn, Fabienne Arata held, from 2012 to 2017, the position of General Manager of two brands within ManpowerGroup: Experis IT, dedicated to information technology staffing, and FuturSkill, dedicated to vocational training. Fabienne Arata created the first ManpowerGroup women's network, which counted more than 3,000 women in France.
During her various experiences in IT services and human capital management consulting, Fabienne Arata had the opportunity to lead organizations with different teams and corporate cultures and to help them take advantage of the incredible opportunity that digital transformation could offer them.
Actively committed to diversity and inclusion, Fabienne Arata participates in numerous think tanks to help companies take action in these areas.
Fabienne Arata was nominated in the 2021 edition of the French Forbes 40 Most Inspiring Women ranking and was awarded the insignia of Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite by Minister Agnès Pannier-Runacher in January 2023.
