Description
Karima Silvent is a member of the AXA Group Management Committee since September 2019. She started her career at the French Ministry of Employment and Health in 1997 as Deputy and then Head of the National Fund for Employment In 2002, she joined the French state owned Health Service (AP-HP) as Deputy Human Resources Director. In 2007, she moved to Korian, a private health group, first as Group HR Director and in 2011 as Managing director for France. In April 2012, she joined AXA – she became HR Director for AXA France, and in 2017; Chief HR Officer for the Group. She is Chairwoman of Epide, a French non-profit ailbg at supporting integration of young people who have left the school system.
