A former Chair of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Christiane Bergevin is currently serving as strategy advisor for the international consulting firm of Roland Berger, she advises clients in energy and sustainability sectors. Christiane is passionate about public policy, international trade and gender and diversity inclusion and is also a weekly business commentator on the nation-wide business evening show of ICI RDI, Radio-Canada’s 24-hours news channel.
She previousy held roles as Executive vice president for Desjardins Group; President of SNC-Lavalin Capital; Board Director of CDPQ (Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec) and as Sr. Advisor for Ontario-based Hydro One.
Christiane started her career with Standard Life Canada and served as a country officer with Canada’s Export Development Corporation with a focus on Africa and OECD markets.
Christiane is a graduate from McGill University and from the Wharton School of Business
