Description

Florence Tondu-Mélique is CEO of Zurich in France and a member of the Zurich Group Leadership team. Ms. Tondu-Mélique has more than 20 years of financial services experience in Europe and Asia across banking, investment management, life, and P&C insurance, delivering sustained value creation, innovation, and business transformation. She started her career at McKinsey & Company, before joining AXA then Hiscox from the Lloyd’s of London, where she held a number of senior executive positions, most lately as COO for Europe. Ms. Tondu-Mélique graduated with honors from HEC Paris, at which she is lecturing in Finance, Economics, and Decision Science, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
