This year, the Women’s Forum has launched a new initiative, the Working group, which focuses on a yearly topic particularly impactful for women empowerment. In 2023, this focus is made on Women and money, and a chapter of this working group, dedicated to microfinance, developed in partnership with Axa and McKinsey and company with a community of experts, will be exclusively presented today.
In this masterclass, we will tackle how microfinance has positive impacts on local communities and, if scaled, could help tackling several global challenges, and how the microfinance institutions have been diversifying their product offerings to meet the diverse needs of their clients, with Micro Loans as leading product.
You will be actively participating and learning which actions need to be taken to foster microfinance in developed countries.
