When it comes to diplomacy, most decision-making tables are men only: being a female diplomat means facing challenges that formal education doesn’t prepare you for. We will hear what these challenges are from female ambassadors, the informal learning that came with it, and the importance of sharing lessons in the spirit of sisterhood in diplomacy.
