The job market develops at the highest speed with new technologies substituting human labour, new demands to meet, and new challenges concerning sustainability. To keep being qualified and attractive to business the learning process needs to be continuous. How can we foster a new approach to education as a lifelong experience? How should we rethink our learning methods, and facilitate apprenticeship ?
