Across the last two centuries, female participation in labour markets has gradually increased. Yet, In 2023 there are still many jobs that continue to be labelled as “male domains” when in reality, there is a significant number of women that are continuously pioneering them too. This session will provide a meet and greet opportunity with women trailblazers that are redefining the military, infrastructure, aviation and energy sector, while creating a know-how path for the younger generation of women interested in these professions.
