By 2050, Asia is projected to contribute roughly half of global GDP. Its dynamic population will help shape the future of digital innovation globally. Yet in most Asian markets today, women remain disproportionately underrepresented in Tech & AI education and careers - a missed opportunity for equality and growth. If most jobs of the future will require digital skills, how should the private sector in Asia boost women’s participation in the STEM & AI pipeline, and ensure that the digital transformation does not leave women behind?
