Description
Denis Gayout has an experience of more than 30 years in the food industry. He started his career in Marketing and Sales at Bel and at Kellogg’s. He then enriched his experience by working in Business Development and MNA before moving to General Management positions in the UK and Benelux. His multiple experiences of Transformations in a corporate function (as Vice President Marketing) and in business units led him to focus on the compulsory ingredient for their success : people. He is today Group Employee Engagement Director at Bel.
