Are soft skills the skills of the future ?
New technologies have an increasing space in the workforce and substitute human beings in a number of jobs. However, these capacities, known as ‘soft skills’, like emotional intelligence, creativity, or leadership, are unique to humans and they will bear great value for the future of work. As career paths evolve and become less linear than ever, how can we ensure the development of important soft skills in education programmes? How can organisations place value on and facilitate the development of these competencies among their employees?
