Description
Florence Ferraton focuses on senior-level assignments for consumer products clients and has led numerous searches and assessments for senior executive and board members at French and international companies.
Based in Paris, Florence heads the firm’s operations in France and is a member of the Consumer Sector, as well as the Retail &Luxury, and Leisure & Hospitality Practices.
Florence has more than two decades of executive recruiting experience, along with direct knowledge of the consumer products space. She began her career at the Dow Chemical Company, where she worked in sales. She also directed the commercial and technical management of one of Dow’s key distribution networks, before becoming the marketing communications manager for Europe. She joined Russell Reynolds in 2004.
Florence graduated from École Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées and received an MBA from Sorbonne University. She is fluent in English, French and German.
