Tatiana Monteiro de Barros has been involved in various civil society movements since she was young. She is a counselor and supporter of several NGOs. She is an entrepreneur in the live marketing field and a partner at the Multicase agency. She holds a degree in business administration and spent 14 years in the fashion world representing the Italian brand La Perla in the country.
She is 43 years old, married, and has two daughters.
She founded the national movement União BR in March 2020, where she also serves as president. She received the Social Entrepreneur Award in 2020, the Folha Reader’s Choice Award in 2021, and was honored by the UN in October 2021 as a global success case during the pandemic.
Today, the União BR Movement is the largest movement in Latin America specializing in climate disasters, having supported over 28 million people and 3,000 NGOs in its network.
She was named one of the 10 successful women of 2023 by Forbes and one of the 10 Notable Women by Money Report in 2024. In 2024 she is also nominated by Bloomberg Linea one of the most influent 500 person in Latin America.
