Description

Anastasiia Brovchenko is currently a CSR officer at AXA GROUP OPERATIONS. In parallel, she is pursuing her studies at ESG Act, a business school specializing in Sustainable Development Project Management and Marketing. She also volunteers with UNHCR, the United Nations Refugee Agency. Originally from Ukraine, Anastasiia moved to France in March 2022 following the outbreak of war in her country. Her professional background in Ukraine includes expertise in communication, HR, and event management, which she has continued to develop after relocating to France.

Promoting Women in Tech by AXA

Description
In 2024, women only account for about 25% of the tech workforce. Women face numerous challenges in the workplace, especially in male-dominated environment like tech, including gender bias, imposter syndrome and non-inclusive behaviours. Come and discover the initiatives implemented by AXA Group Operations to promote women in tech and contribute to reducing the gender-gap.
