Description

After graduating with a Master’s degree in European political and public communication from Paris XII University, Leïla began her career in PR & Advertising agencies, notably at TBWA Corporate where she started, followed by W (Havas), before joining Publicis Consultants in 2018 to lead development there. Driven by her commitments and motivated by a desire to foster a culture of inclusion in the creative industry, she chose to fully dedicate herself to leading positive change within Publicis Groupe France, where, since 2021, she has been defining and overseeing DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) strategy. In July 2024, she joined the leadership team of the Women’s Forum, alongside Nannette Lafond Dufour, President of the Women’s Forum. Leïla is a volunteer board member of the Rev’Elles Ton Potentiel association. She is a member of the Mission Committee of Choose My Company. She serves as a permanent judge for L’Escalator. She has received the following awards: • Grand Prize for Diversity and Inclusion from ANDRH • Grand Prize for Inclusive Recruitment from Oreegami • Economic Inclusion Award • Têtu Prize for Best Corporate Initiative for LGBTQI+ Equality
