Description
As a Member of the Directoire (Management Board) and Secretary General of Publicis Groupe since 2012, Anne-Gabrielle oversees legal affairs, human resources, governance, compliance, internal audit and risk management as well as Metrobus outdoor advertising agency. She has been very active on major M&A deals and integrations. She is also a member of the board of ORANGE as Chair of the Governance, Compensation and CSR committee, a member of the board of SANEF as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Board of Chargeurs S.A.
Previously, she held positions at the French Treasury and in several ministerial cabinets, notably at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She also worked at Euris/Rallye, at the SNCF and as a Senior Banker at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking.
As a mother of four and former President of the Women’s Forum, Anne-Gabrielle is deeply committed to taking action to advance the cause of women for generations to come and to get women to thrive in the economy and society. She is a fervent believer that debate and discussion all over the world holds power in spreading female ambition and bringing ideas to existence.
Anne-Gabrielle is a former member of the Inspection Générale des Finances and an alumna of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA). She is a graduate of Paris business school ESCP and of Sciences Po. She holds a postgraduate degree in Law. On a more personal note, Anne-Gabrielle finds inspiration in violin, reading and mountain hiking and serves on the Board of the MAHJ (Museum of Jewish Art and History). She is a wine amateur and presided over the Rose Chapter of the Tastevin in 2023.
She received the title of Chevalier in the National Order of Merit and Chevalier of the Legion of Honour.
