Description

Hiba Farès is CEO of RATP Dev, a subsidiary of the RATP Group, global leader in high-capacity urban rail and the world's third largest public transport operator. Hiba started her career at Air France - KLM in 2001, in charge of revenue management. She moved to the Accor Group in 2007, holding several operational positions before being appointed General Manager for the Novotel and Mercure brands. She then joined the RATP Group in 2018 as SVP, Customer Experience, Marketing and Services, and member of the Executive Committee. Hiba is a graduate from the HEC Business School in Paris (2001) and the Harvard Business School Executive Program (2017).

Shaping inclusive cities: Safe spaces for all

Description
Creating safe, inclusive cities involves engaging diverse communities in decision-making, implementing gender-responsive designs, and ensuring accessible public spaces. We'll discuss how the physiognomy of a city can have a profound impact on the life of women, in the short and long term from the job opportunities they have access to, to their social development. We will also address the critical issue of street harassment and toxic behaviours that disproportionately affect women, limiting their social, cultural and economic opportunities. Join us to explore transformative approaches to building vibrant and inclusive urban communities.
