Description

Emmanuelle Larroque is a dedicated entrepreneur and expert in inclusion and equal opportunities in the future of work. As the founder and co-president of Social Builder, she advocates for gender equality, particularly in the digital economy, placing diversity at the heart of future professions. A graduate of NEOMA Business School and Paris-Dauphine University in Innovation Sociology, she has specialized in promoting gender balance in positions of power. After gaining experience in the digital and corporate social responsibility (CSR) sectors, she founded Social Builder in 2011. This pioneering organization aims to advance gender diversity in digital professions and promote a culture of equality among tomorrow’s leaders. Author of the book Tu seras scientifique, ma fille ! (You Will Be a Scientist, My Daughter!, Vuibert, 2024), she inspires new generations to pursue careers in science and technology. Her expertise in diversity, the digital economy, and inclusive leadership regularly leads her to speak in national media and at major events. She has also been consulted on legislative projects and has served on governmental initiative juries. A laureate of the Ariane de Rothschild program in 2014 and the Fulbright program in 2018, Emmanuelle was awarded the National Order of Merit by Cédric O, France's Secretary of State for Digital Transition, in 2022. She is a founding member of the Femmes@Numérique Foundation, an International Gender Champion, and a leader within the Generation Equality Forum coalition led by UN Women. Since 2022, she has been part of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's international Goalkeepers community, a network of leaders committed to achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
