Insaff El Hassini is an international banking lawyer and the founder of Ma Juste Valeur®, a coaching company specialising in training women in salary negotiation.
She has travelled the world and taught to more than 5,000 women worldwide how to defend their fair value in the labour market.
Insaff is also the host of the successful podcast on salary negotiation: 'Ma Juste Valeur®' (english version : 'My fair Value') ranked #1 in France and Europe, and co-author of the bestselling book 'Aux Thunes, Citoyennes!', a practical guide for women who want to take control of their money by learning how to negotiate their salary, create a budget, save and invest.
She lives in Paris with her husband and their two lovely children.
