Launched in 2021, the Youth Voices initiative brings together young people from all over the world to connect between themselves, enrich their professional networks, benefit from guidance by the Women’s Forum community members and even take the stage at the Women's Forum Global Meeting. This initiative empowers the new generation, enabling them to voice their innovative ideas concerning diversity and inclusion matters. Our partners are ESCP and Global Shapers Community. This year the initiative will take place during the Global Meeting in Paris at La Maison de la Chimie.

The tailored progamme for the Youth Ambassadors will start on the afternoon of the 22nd and continue throughout the 2-days event, October 23-24.

Youth Voices at the global meeting

During the Global Meeting 2023, on November 28-29 2023, we welcomed a Youth Delegation of 75 youth ambassadors.

They had the opportunity to be speakers during two sessions on "Financial literacy for youth" and "How can Youth Engagement Drive Sustainable Fashion?".

Involving the youth is essential, at the Women's Forum we want them to have a central place in decision-making processes.

YOUTH WORKSHOP 2023^{During the #WFGM23}

On the eve of the Women's Forum Global Meeting 2023, we gathered our Youth Voices Delegation, on November 27, 2023, during an exclusive workshop organized in partnership with Generation 2030 and Global Shapers Community Paris. 💡

Our Youth Voices had the opportunity to debate on the intersections between gender with climate, health, peace and STEM and to participate in soft skills workshops focused on public speaking, networking and self-empowerment.

YOUTH VOICES AT WOMEN'S FORUM SINGAPORE 2023

On June 20th 2023, in Singapore, 25 Youth Ambassadors were selected to participate in our Women's Forum Singapore Meet-up!

They benefited from a private visit hosted by Dragages (Bouygues Construction Group), a private workshop “Financial education: the potential of tech to empower financially“ as well as a private mentoring session!
