Since 2007, the Rising Talents initiative detects and reveals high profile women under 40 from private and public sector, on their way to becoming influential leaders. Today, this initiative gathers over 270 talented women from all around the world, including Nobel Prize laureates, scientists and CEOs. Alyse Nelson, CEO of Vital Voices, was the 2023 ambassador, succeeding Christel Heydemann, CEO of Orange.
